Hello, I am Greg Genser, a 2nd generation, Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC Lic. #2962). Continuing Education

Continuing education is a benefit to both myself and you, the client. The knowledge I gain through continuing education allows me to pass that information along to you in the form of a more detailed and thorough inspection and report. I meet and exceed the mandatory 16-hours per license year of continuing education required by TREC for all licensed inspectors.
